Grad Nite FAQ's

Honor your graduate with his or her name engraved on a brass plaque to be permanently displayed in the Casino during Grad Nite each year.

Plaques are available for $100 each.

You may purchase a plaque for your child or share one with siblings (past or future graduates) or friends. A maximum of four (4) names can be placed on each plaque. Open and download the order form below.

BIG Build Out

It is time for the BIG Build Out for Grad Nite. Sign up here.

Months of preparation have gone into the design of this and now it is time to put it all together.

The build out will take six days with lots of hands on deck. Please look at the schedule and sign up for all times you are able to be there to help.

If you can only participate in shorter increments, please indicate in the comment section.

We will have food and drinks for all volunteers. Please bring screw guns, utility bags, work gloves if you have them.

Grad Nite Volunteer Training:
Tuesday, May 31 at 6:30 pm in Room K-1--Important meeting for all who have signed up or who plan to sign up to work Grad Nite 2016.

Grad NIte Raffle Tickets

Tickets will be sold in the Quad during lunch on Tuesday, May 31, and Wednesday, June 1. After these dates, tickets will be cash only. Please purchase your Grad Nite tickets by June 1 in order to guarantee your child's shirt size and receive a lanyard.

Do you want reserved seats and parking at Graduation? How about dinner at Carver"s Steakhouse and a movie at the luxurious Angelika Cinema, Padres tickets or tutoring at Mathnasium?

The PTSA is holding two raffles and tickets will be sold on campus May 25 & 27 in the Quad at lunch.

Send a check or cash with your student and tell them which raffle you want. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.

  • Graduation Seats Raffle (Pink tickets): Four field level reserved seats at Graduation and one reserved parking space. Three sets will be awarded.
  • Fun Times Raffle (Blue tickets): Three prizes will be awarded.
    1. $100 Gift card to Carver's and 2 tickets to Angelika Theaters;
    2. Padres tickets;
    3. One month Mathnasium tutoring.


Donate a one-time monetary contribution of any amount.  One hundred percent of your donation goes directly to Poway High PTSA and is used to help support many student-centered programs

The Poway High School PTSA offers Graduating High School Senior Scholarships to acknowledge the achievements of high school seniors for volunteer service in the school and community.


PHS PTSA scholarship funds are available to high school seniors graduating in June of the current academic year. The scholarship award is to be used during fall semester/quarter following high school graduation at an accredited college or university, community college, or trade/technical school.
