Welcome to Grad Nite 2019 "It's a Jungle Out Thereā€¦"

June 12, 2019
6pm to 12am

Traditionally, our Grad Nite event has been held on the night of Graduation, from 10:00pm to 5:00am the next day. This year, in response to several years of feedback from our graduates and their families, we are making a major change to the format. Students and Parents have told us that they value our safe and sober event, but that it is important to have graduates spend graduation night celebrating with their families. Because of this, many seniors choose not to attend Grad Nite and they miss out on this exciting culmination of their high school experience. Other students tell us that staying up all night is hard on them and many students fall asleep in the gym around 3:00am, missing the fun!

In an effort to meet the needs of our current Titan families, this year Grad Nite will take place the
night before graduation from 6:00pm to 12:00am. We will produce the same dynamic and fun-filled event with food, games, dancing, prizes and more, but this change will allow more of you to attend, and most importantly, allow all students to celebrate with their families on Graduation day. We are excited about this big change and cant wait to see you all there! Congratulations Class of 2019!

Donate Prizes

We also need hundreds of prizes for the night of the event. All donations are tax deductible! To donate prizes-- please sign up here or contact Underwriting Chair, Christine Fitzgerald.

One of the most exciting parts of Grad Nite is winning a prize. Every year, we give away
hundreds of gifts to our grads. In fact, our goal is that every graduate leaves Grad Nite with at least one prize.
Would you like to donate a prize? Anything goes! Dorm room gear, sporting equipment, musical supplies, beach stuff, electronics, gift cards. Or just donate cash and we will buy the prizes.

Please be sure to include your name and address with your donations (so we can thank you) and deliver them to the front office.

Please visit our sign up sheet here to indicate your donation and complete and return this form to PHS.

Please contact Christine Fitzgerald with questions.

Volunteer

Projects are currently ongoing as we prepare for "It's a Jungle Out There"! To volunteer for design, construction or preparation work, please contact Suzanne Carnaroli

Grad Nite needs volunteers to help staff our carnival games, food court, prize mall, security, casino, and general support! Grad Nite is NOT just for senior parents—we need help from parents of all students, especially those of underclassmen who can carry on the Grad Nite tradition in future years. It is an amazing night —come share in the fun of putting on an event where the students clearly have a safe, great time!

To volunteer please sign up here.

Contact Volunteer Coordinator, Jeanine Ramos, for questions OR download and submit our volunteer form and we will contact you for scheduling.
